A 360 REALITY

In our community call for greater mental health consciousness, we must inject human rights awareness as they go hand in hand. It is nearly impossible to violate a person's human rights without also damaging a person's mental health and well-being.

HUMAN RIGHTS

Human rights, a set of inalienable rights a human being has simply because they are human, irrespective of their nation of origin, present location, language, religion, ethnicity or any other status. The Universal Declaration of Human Rights (UDHR) is a milestone document in the history of human rights. Drafted by representatives with different legal and cultural backgrounds from all regions of the world, the Declaration was proclaimed by the United Nations General Assembly in Paris on 10 December 1948 General Assembly resolution 217(III) as a common standard of achievements for all peoples and all nations. UDHR holds the fundamentals of human rights to be universally protected.

You being prepared can be a game-changer.
